Its non-chafe design features a roomy 5-litre capacity, two chest pockets for 500ml soft flasks (which are included), elastic loops to hold a hydration tube (hydration system not included) and a selection of pockets (large back pocket, zippered chest pocket and two lower chest pockets) on the front and back for stashing gels, energy bars and other running essentials. Side compression straps allow you to adjust the tension around the rib cage for a secure, non-restrictive fit, while stretch side panels help keep things comfortable as you bounce around. A horizontal sleeve offers quick and easy access to your trekking poles. And the durable nylon fabric is engineered with FlashDry technology, which wicks away sweat and moisture to keep you cool and dry as you rack up long miles on the trail. The back panel is air permeable for great airflow, and the upper and lower sternum straps with S/R buckles allow you to get a great fit that distributes the load nicely. Reflective elements ensure you remain visible in low light and a whistle helps you attract attention in emergency situations.
