PU Coated Leather and Waxed Canvas Upper

Constructed using a combination of PU-coated leather and waxed canvas, the Sorel Tofino II Walking Boots are the perfect companion for your wintery adventures. The upper is highly durable and protects your feet from knocks and scrapes whilst keeping the shoes looking their best for as long as possible. The coated leather not only withstands the wear and tear you’ll encounter while out and about, but is also highly stable. The leather covers the toe area and spreads around to the midfoot to provide structure and support. The leather upper offers optimal comfort and durability as you tackle difficult, unpredictable terrain. Designed to increase support, the leather ensures an optimum secure fit for all-day wear; it also keeps you warm and dry when the temperature drops by blocking out moisture to ensure your feet remain dry in all conditions. The leather works with the waterproof membrane to ensure you are ready for whatever is thrown your way as you explore the unbeaten path. As well as this, the membrane is highly breathable meaning whilst keeping you dry it also works to increase ventilation so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Utilising a waxed canvas upper boot, sorel has created a highly breathable construction offering a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in, so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. Furthermore, the Tofino II features a 100g insulation lining that works to keep you toasty and warm on cold weather days. The 100g insulation is excellent at trapping escaping heat to ensure your feet remain warm in the coldest of climates. Completing the upper is a Faux fur cuff further trapping heat and a lacing system that locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Rubber Midsole

The midsole of the Sorel Tofino II Walking Boots has been constructed using rubber which provides flexible cushioning for all-day wear. The rubber increases comfort by providing a strong and flexible base for the foot to rest on. The flexible rubber allows you to achieve an increased range of motion so you can adapt to the ground beneath you. The midsole also features a removable EVA moulded footbed which increases underfoot cushioning. The EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. Not only is the EVA footbed super comfortable but this is also warm thanks to a microfleece top cover.
